This three bed, one bath is the upper floor of a house on a quiet street only two blocks from Atherton. Currently set up are six beds (one queen, two full, three singles), dedicated office space, complete spice rack, outdoor furniture and an upright piano! We are not permitted to house undergraduate students or more than two unrelated individuals. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to message me! Please ask me about lease term. Month to month from December 1 - April 15th. I am offering several months over the summer and I may be able to be flexible about which months are available.
