I got the key today from former tenant. He left but he also left many of his funiture, desk, sofa, bed etc. I called him he said he got new ones and the old one is not perfect. If you happen to be able to do some of the tidy up work, I will give credit to you or lower the rent. 3 Bed 2.5 bath single family house on 1 acre land, house has been renovated in 2013 with hardwood floor in the dining area, and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom is newly installed hardwood floor. There is a shred. Well water, electric heating, tenant maintain the lawn and do snow removal for driveway, Crawl space and no basement. Please email me your phone number, monthly income, credit score, number of people and when do you plan to move in, how long you plan to rent the place. Tenants are still living there, so I will not show before they move out. Prefer no one bothers them before they move out. You will have the same treatment after you become my tenant.
