Gross income must be at least three times the rent, and proof of income must be submitted for the past 60 days. This is a non-smoking home. Pets are not preferred but one pet under 20 lbs may be eligible with a $350 non-refundable pet fee. Renter's insurance is required if a pet is on the premises at any time.
