Beautiful, private, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house (NOT an apartment, but it is located at the same address as our private residence, so we call it Apt. B). The house is located in a quiet, country setting about 6 miles south of Hillsboro, near the intersection of Highway 219 and Firdale Rd. The house includes a large, full kitchen, fenced yard and a garden area, if desired. The yard backs up to our goat/chicken pen, so an animal lover is a must! We have 2 (mostly) quiet goats that are very cute neighbors! Water is on a well and the house is on a septic system. The house is also located in an active hazelnut orchard, so be prepared for farming to take place periodically (not daily) as needed. Garbage, recycling, and water is included. Renter is responsible for electricity. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is included. Non-smoking only. Month to Month rental agreement. No smoking allowed in house, or on premises. One small pet allowed, pending approval, with $35/month fee. First and last months rent, plus non-refundable security deposit, due at signing. Full background check required. Prior rental references required.
