Enjoy easy access to downtown by car (or ~30min walk) without ever having to get on the highway! ~15 minute drive to Bent Creek Forest for hikes, trail runs and mountain biking, and access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. QUIET! This seems to be an incredibly difficult thing to find in West Asheville given its unfortunate proximity to several highways. Miraculously, this street insulates you from traffic sounds. You will occasionally hear a louder vehicle driving up Haywood Rd from the River Arts District, but, otherwise, you will be able to enjoy your peace and quiet without interruption. You'll make payments to me and will be connected with the owner as well if you have any issues with the house during your stay.
