Spacious , stylishly furnished, includes linens and dining and kitchen/ cookware, pet friendly artist"s home in West Asheville on a safe cul de sac, minutes to downtown and the heart of West Asheville. The location is extremely quiet with no thru traffic and only nice homes and good neighbors on the short street. Floors are beautiful aged bamboo throughout ( except for tile floors in baths) . No carpeting. Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled and the kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and stainless appliances and many small appliances . Bedrooms are large with a split plan. Master is very private ,12x20 with a sizeable desk and very large walk in closet. Blue bedroom is 12x 15.5 also with a walk in closet plus a built in shelved closet and red bedroom is 12x12 with a large closet. From the extensive partly covered deck you enjoy watching hundreds of birds and the peaceful huge level back yard surrounded by mature white oaks. Most well behaved dogs and cats are welcome but we will need breed and temperament information and in most instances an additional pet fee . There is 2 car garage however only one of the overhead door is on automatic opener. You will only be able to use that side to park your car. We have an exceptionally large landing and easy driveway. To access the house, you can either use the front stairs or go easy thru the back yard. Once inside the house is on one level. Depending of the size of your family and number of pets, you also will be required to pay for a cleaning either once a month or approx every 2 weeks at a cost of 130 dollars. and a final cleaning of 250 dollars.
