This cozy Grand Lake watersfront rental with 3 separate buildings and a large spacious back deck. Buildings A, B & C are included in the montly price. Building A (550 square feet) offers a comfortable living room and open kitchen and dining area. Updated kitchen includes, dishwasher, refridgerator and stove. Spacious bathroom features a large standing shower. A stackable washer and dryer come with the rental as well. The back half of the home, features a separated sleeping area with space enough for multiple beds or a one bed and a small office area, this area has two large windows with views of the water and back porch. Enjoy gorgeous waterfront views off the spacious back deck as the property backs up to water overlooking the dock. The back deck features a large area for furniture and a grill as well as a large kitchenette with a sink, refridgerator and plenty of counter space. Building B (300 sq. feet) shares a front patio with building B and features a small front porch. Inside is a studio living area and soon to be full bathroom. Climb the ladder to an upstairs loft thats perfect for extra sleeping space. Building C (150 sq. feet) is just behind Building B and is an open area featuring 4 walls of windows overlooking the lake. This one room building feautres a beautiful fireplace, and would be a perfect art gallery, office or large eating area. This unique cabin property also comes with a shared boat space with an available covered dock and direct access to the water. No Smoking indoors allowed. Renter is responsible for gas, electric. Wifi not provided by landlord. Renter is responsible for water, trash and electric (Heater runs on the propane tank located on the property). Deposit and first months rent are due at signing. No smoking allowed inside any of the 3 buildings. Pets are allowed but the only fenced in area is for small animals. Boat dock is a shared dock so access to the dock is also shared.
