SHORT TERM / WINTER RENTAL ONLY. House is available from (October to April) ONLY. Dog Friendly beautiful Broadkill Beach house located 3rd house from the water. This house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & 2,500 SF of space. The 1st floor is open concept with kitchen, dining and living rooms with a cathedral ceiling and LOTS and LOTS of windows! Directly off the kitchen is a small deck with gas grill and small table and chairs. The other end of the room leads you to a larger deck two lounge chairs and big swing. Down the hallway you'll find a nice sized bedroom, full bathroom and a very spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and gas fireplace. The 2nd floor features a loft with a sitting area perfect for reading. This is the BEST SPOT in the house as it has a huge picture window with panoramic views of the Delaware Bay. Right off the loft is another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds This house is a summer rental and ONLY available for short term/ winter rental (Oct to April). Renters must be out end of April. ALL utilities will remain in owners name and be a direct pass through to renters for payment. NO SMOKING PETS ok with property manager/ owner approval
