This special place has oil and propane heat for a cozy winter wonderland experience on the bend in the road with a neighbor on either side in a distance. The stars are within reach on a clear night. Truly amazing experience. The pictures reflect the seasons as this is a six month rental. The kitchen and pantry are newly remodeled, new flooring on first floor. Second floor is dated and casual. So much area to walk around and explore, bring a camera as the sunrise and sunset is amazing! Fully furnished: Two Months January 13-March 5, 2024. Dog terms are open for discussion. Absolutely no smoking. No public events. Only considering people with great references that know how to manage utilities properly.
