Our lovely home sits right on Manito Park, which is rated one of the top 25 city parks in the nation by Trip Advisor. Sit and watch runners, walkers, and dogs go by, or take a walk yourself, and enjoy all the park's offerings, from ponds, rose gardens, conservatory, and seasonal concerts and art fairs. Walkable to grocery stores, hospitals, and a 5 minute drive to central downtown and Riverfront Park. Our home is a Craftsman home built in 1911, and has all the gorgeousness a house of that era has to offer. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs: master is a queen and has its own bathroom with bathtub, the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds, one daybed, and 2nd floor bathroom with shower and tub, the 3rd bedroom doubles as an office space and has a twin bed. Main floor has TV area (TV has Flex box that allows streaming), living and dining rooms, and full kitchen. Front porch is covered with bench and chairs and faces the park. This rental is for a total of 5 months. November 1 - March 31. Utilities are a set fee of: $305 per month. They include, W/S/G, electric and internet. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow removal Please call about any furry friend you wish to bring. This home is non-smoking home.
