Rooms include a den and an eat-in kitchen, as well as the living and dining rooms. A lavatory is located on the first floor. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The attic is accessible only via scuttle, located in the walk-in closet of a bedroom. Year leases only. We do not offer multi-year, month-to-month or short term leases. Not included in rent: Utilities and $20 monthly fire alarm monitoring fee. No pets allowed without prior written consent.
