Vance General Store in 1919 and has been transformed into this expansive home featuring large timbers we personally milled on a portable sawmill. It is incredibly difficult to get a true feel for the space from pictures alone. Situated directly on the North Toe River with large covered decks, fully furnished with numerous lounge and entertainment areas, pool table, foosball, ping pong, commercial kitchen, and large granite bar. Open expansive areas create a welcoming atmosphere with a rustic cozy feel. Owner pays for water. High speed internet is available for $100/month. Tennant is responsible for Gas and Electric. Maximum of two pets allowed with additional pet deposit required per pet. No smoking indoors First months rent and security deposit required. Trash is self haul just 3/10 mile away or available through local private hauler for a nominal fee. Tenant is responsible for repair of drain blockages or stoppages, unless caused by defective plumbing parts or tree roots invading sewer lines. Tennant is also responsible for any damages and repairs caused by Tennant.
