I am the owner and live in one of the units. Looking for a very quiet (from 10 pm - 6:30 am Tuesday-Friday), respectful renter since I am noise sensitive when I sleep. I am a holistic nurse practitioner and have rented to travel nurses in the past (one became like a little sister to me. We are still in touch 10 years later;). This would be a perfect humble crash pad as an alternative to an expensive hotel for someone on a travel gig or someone new to town trying to get their bearings. Humbly furnished (if there are no pets) or unfurnished for same price. This is an older, studio style unit that is very basic. I live in it currently but will be moving into unit #3 soon while I start updating it slowly. Hoping to rent this unit out to help with the renovation expenses. I travel for work myself and just started a new job, so it looks like a hurricane hit it currently with scrubs and other clothes and personal items tossed about. I will straighten up and post pictures of unit 2 in a week or two. Owner pays all utilities and internet! First month rent due at signing. $1675 Security deposit plus $1675 last month rent due at move in. Security deposit and prorated rent will be refunded when you move out as long as there is no undo damage to the unit.
