You are within 10 MINUTES of locations like Pinnacle Promenade, Mercy Hospital, Rogers downtown, Pinnacle Country Club, Bentonville Municipal Airport, I49hwy, Walmart Amp, restaurants, JQHammonds, and Lake Atalanta! I will be renting my fully furnished air bnb out for mid-term stays. Willing to rent by week or up to a 1-month lease. Weekly rate = $800/week 2-week rate = $1,400 total 3-week rate = $1,800 total Monthly rate = $2,000 total All utilities (water, electric, gas, wifi) will be provided and included in the rent. The home is fully furnished with beds, linens, washer/dryer, and kitchen supplies. A complimentary, free of charge cleaning service will be provided every 14 days for the home. This is a no-smoking, no pet property - a fine of $2,000 will be charged for breaking these rules.
