Welcome to our charming home in East Fayetteville. Our home has original hardwood floors thru the main living areas, a wood burning fireplace and a refinished kitchen with a fridge included and gas stove. We have recently repainted the entire house and added new landscaping. The dining room and kitchen and front room has a large open floor plan with lots of natural light. The master has a nice deep tub and shower and 2 closets. We converted the garage into a huge 4th bedroom with a large walk in closet (can also be used a large playroom or office space). There is still an area between our new wall and the garage door, which has room for bikes, another fridge, or a small workshop. One of best things about the house is the huge yard. It is a corner lot that is 3/4 of an acre, which is rare in East Fayetteville. Our home is right beside Root Elementary which is a top rated school. While the house is on Mission, the front yard is the size of most regular lots, so it is set back a long ways from the main road, and the driveway is on Eastwood which has little traffic. The backyard is quite large as well, with a deck, studio/workshop, an area sectioned off for dogs which can be removed if needed. There is lots of outdoor storage as well. The 16x16 studio in the back yard is fully insulated with A/C. Behind the studio is a shed that is 16x8. If you need more storage, we floored and lit up the attic which covers half of the house.
