The living room and fully-equipped kitchen are perfect for family meals and game nights. The fire pit is a great place to spend time outside with friends and family under the starry skies of Clayton. And if you're looking for a quiet place to read a book, the second floor is the place to be! In-unit laundry room also included for added convenience. Owner pays for utilities. Small animals allowed. Deposit and first month's rent due at signing. We are specifically looking for medium term rentals (1 to 9 months).
