Tucked between shopping (Empire Mall & Scheels), Universities (Augustana & USF), hospitals (Sanford, VA, & Avera), ball fields (Sherman Park), and other activities (golf, escape room, downtown, butterfly house, zoo), you won't find a more convenient location!
