Cozy, well-appointed home in Wilder, VT, conveniently located minutes from King Arthur Bakery, Dartmouth College, and many swimming holes / rivers / hikes / mountains. The home is comprised of a kitchen (gas stove with double oven, brand new refrigerator), dining room, living room, master bedroom, guest bedroom, small bedroom, office/den (with a large walk-in pantry), 1.5 baths, and an unfinished basement with washer/dryer and chest freezer. We are renting the home out unfurnished. Outside, there is a driveway with parking for up to three cars and a large backyard with a fire pit, 140 sq feet of raised beds, and parrilla. The home is equipped with heat pumps (main source of heat). There is a backup oil furnace to supplement for the coldest days. Heat pumps also function for air conditioning in the summer. There is a bus stop one block away for the Advance Transit line that runs to Dartmouth during the weekdays. We have absolutely loved living here, and now live about an hour away on the west side of Vermont. We are looking for conscientious renters, who will respect our home and take care of it as though it were their own. Owner pays for garbage/recycling pickup and water/sewer. Renter pays for internet, electricity, propane (stove), and heating oil (oil furnace - we have heat pumps, so this is backup only for the coldest days). There is a driveway with space for up to three cars. There is a shed for tools/bikes/etc. No smoking allowed in the home. Small pets are permitted. Security deposit is one month's rent.
