This beautiful home was damaged Ian, but has been mostly restored. It's not perfect, and is priced accordingly. The home is clean, safe and fully functional. New drywall is done, painting is complete. The roof has been repaired, but there are some minor water stains in the sun room ceiling from a leak (which has been repaired). Some cosmetic items such as: no baseboards, 2 missing drawers in full bath, one missing door in master. - new drywall and paint in October 2022 - new washer, dryer, water heater and AC unit in October 2022 - Hot Tub - Fire Pit - Pets OK The home, located on the Canal with direct access to the Gulf (no bridges) is a block away from the Cape Coral Beach, Boat House Restaurant, Yacht Club Community Park (the pool is temporarily closed due to hurricane damage).
