This is an adorable vintage cottage in a really cool neighborhood just ten minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from Vilano beach. It was built in the early 1900s and has a lot of history. The space has two big bedrooms and a third office space/kids bedroom along with two living rooms. It has a backyard and laundry room. It also has new HVAC system. The bathroom has the original claw foot tub and a shower. A lot of love and care has gone into to maintaining this beautiful home while also keeping the history. I'm including Wi-Fi because it's fiber optic and really good. I have rarely had any issues with it. I'm looking for someone reliable who will care for the house as well as I have. Thanks a bunch! FURNISHED utilities not included. Wi-Fi included. Flexible move in date and flexible lease. It's currently used as an Airbnb but I am relocating up north.
