Larger backyard also hosts a fenced in kennel perfect for your furry friends to be safe during their outdoor time. Washer/ dryer hookup also available in a roomy laundry room right off the kitchen. The home has 3 mini splits giving you more control over the temperatures of your rooms. Pets are welcome with limitations. Please reach out with any questions about pets. The house is located on a Main Street and not a neighborhood. We do have a roomy driveway that can fit up to 4 regular sized sedans or two large SUV's/trucks as well as a single car garage. Renter will be responsible for all utilities of the home as well as yard maintenance. Owner will be responsible for any repairs due to normal wear and tear. Damage caused by tenants and pets are the responsibility of the tenant.
