Great studio near downtown, in quiet historic neighborhood. Very functional kitchen with knotty pine cabinets, like new frig, microwave, nice eating counter and apartment size gas stove. The main room has a comfy full size bed, chair, a dresser with large TV and nice vinyl flooring throughout. Pretty bathroom with newer vanity and good shower. The house has a small porch and a good sized patio with patio furniture and nice shade trees. Silent, safe wall heaters and window AC, in a quiet, safe neighborhood just 2 blocks from the square. The Studio is fully furnished, would consider removing the furniture if you prefer to use your own. Prefer a 1 year lease, would consider 6 months. The house does not have a washer/dryer, but there is a nice laundromat within steps of the back door. The studio is behind 306 E. Union St., parking is off street in front. Please don't bother the guests in the front house. The two houses are separated by a fence. The only thing shared is the parking area where there is plenty of room for 2 cars. The Tiny House is available for rent now. Renter is responsible for all utilities. One well behaved small/medium dog may be considered. Off street parking available on Union St. No smoking. One year lease preferred, may consider 6 months. Rent is 1100 per month plus $22 TPT tax. Refundable deposit of $1100, $150 non refundable cleaning fee.
