Nice mobile home with large yard in a safe neighborhood for kids. Central AC, washer dryer hook ups, Off-street parking. We still have a few minor repairs and painting to finish up, property will be available October 1. Landlord will furnish and pay for water, septic and sewer. All other utility services are to be arranged for and paid for by tenant. Tenant shall have use of at least 2 on site parking spaces. Junk cars, cars on blocks, non-functional vehicles or unlicensed automobiles are not permitted on the property. Lawn maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant. No pools or trampolines allowed on the property. No pets without prior authorization from owner. First month and security deposit required for move in. Must submit rental application for approval prior to signing lease and paying deposit.
