The Property: Looking to rent out our property of 3 years. It has been a great home for our family, but we are moving little ways down the road. It will be managed by myself(the owner) and will not be within the confines of a property management company. Whenever renting, we have always tried to take good care of our tenants. It is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home with a small fenced backyard and a two car garage. The house will be repainted(including the black/white stripes at the entry way) upon handing over to the tenant. All outside maintenance will be done by the HOA (paid by the owner) and myself whenever necessary. The home has a smart thermostat and keyless deadbolt entry, those management apps will be handed over to the new tenant upon taking over the property. It would be a great fit for a family or even someone single who wants to share the home with someone else. Proximity To: It is a short drive to the local bases (Eglin AFB, Duke Field, and Hurlburt Field) and super close to Turkey Creek Nature Trail. It would be great for anyone looking to acclimated to the area and just wants to experience everything Niceville has to offer. I have been in this area my whole life and love it. Edge Elementary is within walking distance and has always been a great school for our children. It truly central to most things needed here in Niceville and you are able to beat the mid town traffic by being so close to this side of base. Lease Terms: 6/12 month lease terms available. We just ask that a ($1500) security deposit and the first month rent would be due upon signing the lease.
