There is a small shed on the property that has kayak and canoe paddles, life jackets, etc. Shed also has a croquet set, horseshoes, etc. for yard games and fire pit stand. A beautiful ocean beach is just 5 minutes away by car! "Narragansett Pier" is one of the top beaches in the state and was voted top family beach in New England! Owner pays for water, trash, yard upkeep with a rent of $2350/month. (Tennant would pay gas ,electric & wifi) OR Owner pays for gas heat, electricity, water, trash and yard upkeep with a rent of $2800/month. Small, non shedding, quiet dog considered!
