There is NO smoking on the property, parking is in the driveway, garage, and side streets (no storage of non-working vehicles, trailers, etc.). I prefer no pets, however depending on size, type, number of pets, I will consider for an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent. The expectation is for you to treat this as your home and you will be responsible for the day to day wear and tear / maintenance issues (examples, replace /changing a light bulb, replace/changing HVAC air filters, replace/changing refrigerator water filter, run a clean cycle on the dishwasher and washer periodically, etc.). I am looking for good humans that will treat this home as their own and be communicative should anything arise throughout the lease.
