First month's rent $1,500, Last month's rent $1,500 and Security Deposit $2,000 must be paid and cleared financial bank prior to occupying property. ($5,000 plus paid renter's insurance due after credit/reference background check approval before you may occupy.) All tenants on lease may be required to sign "Hold Harmless Agreement."
