There are houses and there are homes. As soon as we set foot inside 135 Plymouth we knew it was a home. Maybe it's the high ceilings throughout the house, or the large kitchen, or the screened in front porch, or the ample storage space, or the open living room and mid-century modern fireplace. The backyard with its large deck is a peaceful escape from a busy world. The finished basement somehow feels expansive, rather than restrictive, and the "one car garage" that can do what we all dream garages can do, store a car plus the items needed in daily life (i.e. bikes, lawn mower, garbage bins, toys, etc ) 135 Plymouth is centrally located 7 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 3 minutes from the Fulton Street Market, and 6 minutes from the Medical Mile. We currently live out-of-state for work, but plan to settle in the home when we're able to move back to Grand Rapids. Until then, we hope 135 Plymouth can provide a warm and loving home to someone who will appreciate it and look after it for us while we're gone. We are looking to rent the property unfurnished. Owner is responsible for water and summer landscaping. Snow removal service can be arranged and added to rent. Pets are ok, but will require a pet deposit. No smoking allowed. Last month's rent due upon signing. 12 month lease followed by month to month. Though the photos show the home furnished, it will be rented unfurnished.
