This home has an open flow throughout the living room, dinning area and kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast bar to give extra prep room or to have a casual meal. The flooring throughout is ceramic and vinyl tile with carpet in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet and plenty of natural light. The master bathroom has a walk in closet, soaker bathtub and double vanity. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. The application process will be online, please call the office for this process. The security deposit is to be paid within 24 hours of application approval to hold the property until move in date, up to two weeks. Potential tenants have to send in a picture of the pet and current shot records. If approved, it is a $25 per pet monthly non-refundable pet fee.
