The Iron Range and Silver Bay's mining operations have supplied the whole world with Iron Ore pellets since the early 50's. The North Shore has some of the most diverse topography coupled with breathtaking views of majestic Lake Superior. Now for the good part, a look at your 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in residential Silver Bay. This home has been recently updated with new paint, new windows, your own private stacked washer/dryer right in the unit, nice flooring and a newer kitchen with attached dining space and lots of cabinet storage. Application is required for all adults 18+ that will be living in the home. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Electric is through MN Power and sewer, water & trash are through the city of Silver Bay. Lawn care is provided by a professional team. Snow removal is required and is the tenant's responsibility. We love pets! We allow cats and dogs with an additional non-refundable $300 security deposit and monthly pet rent of $75 per animal. We don't discriminate, but we may require you have renter's insurance if your dog is considered a 'viscous breed.' Unfortunately we're not able to accept Section 8 at this time. This home has a max occupancy of 4 people regardless of age.
