Good clean home with wood flooring throughout. Large kitchen/dining room and a huge living room. The home also offers lots of storage with closets throughout. The home has a newer forced air heating system and window air conditioning. Also, the roof was just replaced, and we are currently in the process of getting new gutters on the front and a new screen door. Also, we are waiting on a contractor to replace the bathroom vanity, move the toilet, and move the washer and dryer to the main floor. The bedrooms are very spacious with hardwood flooring, and there are large closets in both with real doors, not bifold doors that never work. This a great location at the edge of town. You can enjoy your evenings and weekends in the large backyard. The home is less than a couple minutes to everything you could need, i.e., restaurants, shopping, and schools/college. Setup an appointment to have a look. I know you won't be disappointed. Tenant pays for all utilities and is responsible for the yard mowing. There's no smoking allowed in the home. We require at least a 1-year lease with a $900 deposit due at lease signing along with the first months' rent. The total amount needed to move in will be $1,800, due at the time of lease signing.
