*Utilities and firewood included** Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located bungalow. The wood stove is super cozy in the colder months and the roads stay plowed and salted in this residential neighborhood close to down town and all the stores. I keep my place VERY clean, and I hope you will too. I also have lots of plants to keep the home full of life and oxygen! I can only accept monthly rentals at this time, but I would love to find someone to take the entire winter from Nov - March (exact dates flexible). It is a small house at 900 square feet, and technically lists as a 2:1. But I keep one bedroom as an office. The bedroom has a full mattress of a good bamboo quality. An air mattress can be used for guests to stay in the office- should you need a guest room. I adore my back porch that looks over a nice yard with gardens if anyone is into winter plantings. There is no dish washer, but all the other basic amenities are in place. There are 3 steps up to the front and back door, but it is all 1 story. No pets and no smoking inside. Smoking on porch is ok. I am looking for renters Late Nov or early Dec 2023- Feb/ March 2024. Exact dates flexible. All utilities included!! Parking uncovered on site. Over the winter there is no required yard maintenance. But keep the house clean and alert me if there are any issues. Check the heating oil level occasionally. There is a wood stove fireplace. Please do not allow ashes to burn the floors. I can teach you how to use it :)
