The door to the adjoining stairway has a deadbolt that can be locked from either side for privacy if desired. Tenant pays electric, internet and trash. We have a strict non smoking policy for entire property, including outdoor spaces. Dogs allowed but must be kept up to date on basic vaccines and on oral flea prevention (topical flea prevention and flea collars are not effective).
