Welcome to your brand new DR Horton construction home ("Delray" model) with a beautiful lake waterfront view, just two years young! Tours for interested parties can be set up on weekends only; applications in advance would be preferred but not required. You can also watch a 3D tour that can be found if you go to the DR Horton website then navigate to Florida then East Florida then Port St. Lucie then Preserves at Tradition (scroll to the right and you should be able to find it second from the end). This home is in "The Preserves" subdivision within "The Estates" gated-community, and this neighborhood is both beautiful and secure, plus it's only 2 miles from downtown Tradition with tons of restaurants, shops, trails, outdoor space, and plenty to do! This house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with over 2000 square feet of air conditioned space. One year leases PREFERRED, but under certain situations owner may be flexible for different initial durations so long as they at least go six months (although the rent rate may change for a less than one year lease) so feel free to apply even if a one year lease is not ideal for you. Owner is a military veteran who lives just an hour away and has a great track record of managing his own properties. Home is available for rent starting December 1st, 2023. First month's rent, last month's rent, security deposit, and pet deposit (if applicable) all due upon lease signing prior to lease commencement day. Bank-to-bank Automated Clearing House (ACH) rent payments must be set up following the first initial payment (checks are fine for the initial payment but are not preferred for recurring rent payments). TOURS: Interested parties are welcome to walk around the property without the owner present, but in-person tours will only be offered, weekends only, to serious applicants that preferably have already applied via Zillow, HotPads, or Trulia, and have been found to be qualified.
