Home is designed for year round living, so guests are comfortable here all year through! This home is very private, yet is very close to award winning golf resorts, arenas, world known spas, fine dining, world class shopping, entertainment venues, casinos, and all the wonderful and famous festivals throughout the Coachella Valley. Owners of this property are nearby always to ensure all is managed perfectly for you during your stay! Short term weekly rates available upon a 30 day contract. Owner pays all utilities on short term rentals, additional fees for heating the pool, and excessive gross usage of the air conditioner, as will be addressed upon conditions at time of move in. Pets are allowed upon approval from owner with non-refundable additional deposit of $250 to cover additional cleaning yard and grass damage that incurs.$350.00 cleaning fee. Tenant is responsible to clean and keep property in respectful condition throughout the stay. All current Local, State, County, and Federal laws and guidelines must be adhered to throughout the stay, failure to do so will be subject to immediate evacuation and termination of lease.
