Lush furnishings, huge TVs, and it's own tiny 'casino' with citrus trees for your drinks! Our personal 'casino' has a roulette/poker/craps table as well as a bar underneath. Look no further for this central-to-EVERYTHING home. There also is a community lap pool and spa. The Golf course is public so get golfing with great rates. The club house is 'NOT your grandfather's golf club'... it's a super fun 'Hard Rock' style country club. It is a wonderful gated neighborhood and safe, we have security cameras for perimeter and 24hr guards. This is not a 'party' house... we want to respect our community and neighbors whom are our friends. Kids are wonderful, but there are MANY light colored furnishings... this is our oasis and we want to keep it that way. ;) Renter pays monthly utilities. 30 day min. Some months are reserved... rate listed is for winter... call for availability and seasonal rates. We love dogs, well behaved are welcome for a fee. The backyard is a paradise for humans and dogs can go potty in the side yard ONLY. Noone wants to smell anything bad while they are swimming or sunbathing, right? ;) Utilities paid by tenant.
