Walking to the back of the sunroom, you will find an enclosed laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. For added convenience, you will also find a handheld pet vacuum and a cordless vacuum cleaner (thank you in advance for cleaning excessive messes and/or spills during your stay) Living Room: As you step into the home, you will enter a bright and spacious living room. On the living room wall, you'll find an 55 inch OLED LG TV mounted on the wall equipped with a Roku streaming device. Primary Bedroom: Walking from the living room down the hallway, you'll find the first bedroom to the left. This bedroom is adorned with plenty of soothing blues. Embrace the laid-back vibe of the Boho bedroom set, adding a touch of relaxed charm to the space. Enjoy the comfort of a memory foam mattress on the cozy queen bed, promising a good night's sleep. For added convenience, we provide a luggage rack to keep your belongings neat and accessible. The vanity mirror and dresser provides a practical spot for your morning routine and easy access to your clothes & accessories. Master Bedroom: Stepping out from the ocean room, you'll find the spacious master bedroom across the hallway. This room boasts large windows which lets in lots of natural light and it's thoughtfully designed for your ultimate comfort. Adorned with a full-body mirror, a luggage rack, and a vintage tall dresser with deep drawers, the room ensures both convenience and ease. Indulge in the plush king bed, complete with a memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows, promising restful nights and rejuvenating mornings. Primary Bathroom: Perfectly placed between the bedrooms and the living space, you'll find the primary full bathroom with a bathtub. We provide complimentary bath essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion. Dining Room: As you walk through the living room towards the tall windows stretching the length of the wall enclosing the home from the backyard, you'll be welcomed by an elegant and contemporary dining table with a generous length. Step down into our sunken dining area, a special spot in our home perfect for accommodating six people comfortably. What makes this area extra special are the three tall windows that span the length of the table. Through these windows, you can enjoy a lovely view of our backyard. Sometimes you might catch a glimpse of our neighbor's stunning custom-built sailboat, uncovered and shining brightly in the sunlight. It's a wonderful place to gather for delicious meals while appreciating the beauty of nature and the occasional excitement of the sailboat's presence. Breakfast Nook: Our favorite spot inside the home the breakfast nook, step up into this space where our spacious, green backyard greets you through a picturesque window. This cozy corner is the perfect spot to savor your morning breakfast or indulge in a peaceful coffee break. The art on the walls transports you to the beauty of Italy, creating a serene escape in this intimate space. Kitchen: Adjacent to the breakfast nook is our small yet incredibly warm and inviting kitchen. The allure of this space lies in the charming butcher block countertops that create a cozy ambiance. Embrace the modern convenience of smart Samsung stainless steel appliances, making cooking a breeze. As you prepare your culinary masterpieces, enjoy your favorite tunes through the fridge's smart display, setting the perfect mood for your cooking experience. Need more room to cook? Simply move the rolling island away or utilize it for extra storage. Basic oils and spices are provided. Additionally, we provide a brand new dish sponge for every stay, as well as hand and dish soap. Backyard: Finally, walking back through the breakfast nook space and down into the dining area is the backdoor leading to our spacious and vibrant backyard area perfect for your furry friends to run and play freely. The abundance of trees provides refreshing shade during the day, making it a great spot to relax on sun loungers. As the evening sets in or on a chilly night, light up the smokeless fire pit for a cozy atmosphere and have fun making delicious s'mores. Side Patio: As you explore further, you'll come across our lovely side patio, adorned with charming plants and a stunning purple tree that blooms with beautiful flowers on occasion. Beneath the tree, you'll find a cozy bistro table and chair set, creating an ideal spot to work, sip coffee, or indulge in a good book amidst the outdoors. This little oasis offers a peaceful retreat, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors while engaging in your favorite activities. Just steps away, we have a charcoal grill, ready to serve up delicious BBQ! Feel free to move it, however after its use, we kindly ask that you restore it back to it's original position and cover it with the grill cover for future use. We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay!
