The home is available for mid term rental only (1-3 months with the possibility to extend to 6 months). It is in the heart of the island a block from the beach with upgraded bedding, new furnishings and a brand new washer/dryer. It is only a short five minute walk to the beach. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Pleasure Pier, historic Gaidos, shopping, beach and medical center. It sits a block off the beach in the middle of Galveston where a short 15 minute drive will get you to the other end of the island in either direction. It's the ideal spot to shop, relax and soak up the sun all while resting at Flamingo Rest Seaside. A credit check and deposit are required. Tenant will pay owner for utilities monthly. Background check required.
