The house has an upper (main) and a lower (ADU) unit that each have separate and private access. We've done extensive sound-proofing between the upper and lower floors. This listing is for the upper (main) unit, partially furnished with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, den/office, full kitchen, and a laundry room. The living room and den/office have sliding door access to an expansive and relaxing deck with fantastic views of Bishop's Peak and the Santa Lucia mountains. Serrano Drive is home to many Cal Poly professors, medical, tech and other professionals and a few retirees. Erik and Susan (the property owners) live next door and are happy to help with any issues or connect you to some of the neighbors who have regular gatherings. We're open to pets with an additional desposit but your pet must get along with other animals. It's a big yard but there is not continuous fencing around the property. Several cats, dogs, deer and wild turkeys live nearby and occasionally enter the yard. The house is semi-furnished with bed, sofas, chairs, coffee tables, dining room table, desk, lamps, dishes, kitchenware, etc. If you have furniture, we can remove furniture or amenities to suit. Looking for a year lease with first month plus deposit. All utilities (electricity, water, garbage, basic cable and WiFi) are included in the rent. We're open to pets with an additional deposit.
