The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to I45, COM, shopping centers, etc. Resident pays for all utilities including trash, sewer, and water as well as landscaping. We are pet friendly. Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Animals are approved with a non-refundable pet fee, a pet deposit, and a monthly pet rent. Aggressive breeds or any combination mix of these breeds are not allowed. Completed applications are accepted on "first-come, first-served" basis upon submitting all required documentation. Security deposit varies based on the results of the application review process; however standard security deposit is as mentioned in this listing. Section 8 not accepted. Application fee is NOT refundable.
