PETS We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. Failure to disclose any existence of pets at the time of your application will result in a denial of your application and may be grounds for eviction. PETS, PET DEPOSITS, AND PET POLICIES: (if applicable): If property has no pet restrictions, after completing your rental application, applicant must fill out our mandatory pet screening application at nvapm.petscreening.com . This MUST be completed whether an applicant has pets or not. Pet policies, pet rent, pet deposits, and pet fees differ between properties. A standard pet screening application fee is $20.00 for one pet and $15.00 for each additional pet. If you have no pets, the pet screening is free, you will just need to assert that you have no pets. SERVICE ANIMALS: Service animals are not considered pets and are not subject to pet deposits, pet fees, and/or pet rent. Applicants with SERVICE ANIMALS must submit the application at no additional charge to the applicant.
