It's a perfect place for a professional coming to the area for a few months or who is waiting for a longer term rental. It's a furnished place and there is no room for other furniture and closet space is limited. Charmingly decorated with skylights and a lot of natural light. Kitchenette use only and good size living space. Please, be tidy, quiet and treat space with respect. please, do not move furniture or anything from their place. Everything on counter is there for a purpose please do not move around or rearrange. No smoking/drugs/pets (will consider small dog with a pet deposit. Dogs must be well behaved n crate trained when you don't watch them and they cannot be left at property when you aren't there for more than a few hours). No outdoor shoes inside unit. Many amenities are included (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies...) Includes periodically cleaning services. It could be rented as semi-private space for a lower rent, message for details. Good luck on your search! No smoking, No parties, No other people can stay overnight unless agreed in lease or approved in advance. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included with the understanding that you will help with saving energy. If you play on line game you will have to pay for your own Wi-Fi n for the extra electric cost. I might consider a small dog that is housebroken and crate trained when you aren't at home. Plumbing issues caused by the tenant will be tenant responsibility. Anything you will break will be your responsibility.
