All utilities included with a fixed monthly fee of $200.00 for the renter's share of usage. Driveway and carport parking. Dogs allowed upon approval, unfenced yard. No smoking. Garden upkeep is provided. Short term lease is available with 6 to 12 months desirable. Carmel By The Sea stipulates a minimum of 1month rental contracts.
