The beautiful waterfront property comes completely furnished and all expenses paid by the owner. Totally renovated from top to bottom, Seaside Cottage has a heated pool, balcony, fire pit, new sea wall, turf and new 130 foot dock with 10,000 lb boat lift overlooking the Gulf. Sea life is abundant... dolphins, manatees, sting rays, crabs, shark and incredible fishing right off the dock. Over 30 palm trees line the property, and the backyard is fenced. The home consists of a King size bed in Master suite, Trundle bed with two comfy twin mattresses in second bedroom and a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds in the first floor third bedroom. Two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, along with two full bathrooms. Note: Per City of Tarpon Springs rental policy, the minimum lease term is 6 weeks. Owner pays all utilities... water, electricity, internet, etc. Seaside Cottage comes fully furnished. Pets are welcome, must be approved. No smoking allowed. Pet fee of $100 per pet for the duration of the lease.
