This is a private, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in East Hill with a washer and dryer. Minutes from downtown, airport, mall, dinning and shopping. Uber, Lyft and electric bikes are readily available for transportation. We do not live on the property. Walk to ALGA Brewery, the Wine Bar on 12th Ave, Jitterbug Coffee, East Hill Pizza, Jays Bakery and more. Bayview Park offers two dog parks, one is on the water and the other one is located away from the water fenced in and around large shaded trees. Plenty of room to run, walk, do yoga, meditate, play tennis, etc Rowing is available upon appointment. Owner pays all utilities including wifi. The Florida Power bill is covered up to $150.00. Any overage will be the renters responsibility. No smoking of any kind inside the home, including vaping, cigarettes and marijuana. If a pet is present during your stay, please be responsible and pick up after your pet and discard in a tied trash bag in the outside trash can.
