A suite-style double bedroom. The rooms include closets, private attached bathroom and garage parking spot. We are looking for a respectful working professional to occupy the available double bedroom. Upon signing a lease, a deposit of $1600 and first month rent will be collected. The following amenities are included in the rent: - Washer/Dryer - Microwave - Refrigerator - Dishwasher - Full kitchen with communal kitchenware - Heat and AC - High speed WiFi - 3 Car garage - Large backyard with deck The following are the house rules: - No Pets - No smoking of any kind in or around the property - House chores are split up among tenants evenly - Noise at a minimum past midnight on weekdays - Tenants pay for the utilities Move in as early as October 1st, 2023.
