Pets Policy: Pets are welcome in the house, provided that prior approval is obtained from us and a pet addendum is signed. We have certain breed and size restrictions in place to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Please be mindful of keeping pets on a leash while outside and promptly cleaning up after them. Any pet-related damages are the responsibility of the tenant. 5. Maintenance Responsibilities: We value the well-being of our property and your living experience. As a tenant, you are responsible for maintaining the house's cleanliness and good condition. Regular cleaning, proper trash disposal, and prompt reporting of any maintenance issues are expected. While we address normal wear and tear, any damage caused by negligence or misuse is the tenant's responsibility.
