The quiet small town charm is evidenced by the friendly neighbors and the thrift store right across the street. The Cotton Den is your own slice of historic Texas. Take a quiet, one block walk to downtown for coffee shops (Neon Moon Coffee), live entertainment (White Horse Tavern), unique shopping and restaurants. Or just soak up the soul of Texas while relaxing under the live oaks in your private back yard. This perfect getaway affords easy access to Hwy 290 so that you can have it all- a full day of Round Top shopping and a 10 minute drive home. We do NOT live on site. Renter pays all month expenses (utilities, gas, electricity, internet, etc). Last months rent is due at signing. No Smoking allowed (there will be an extra charge to aerate and clean smoke damage).
