All utilities are covered by the property owners. You'll have access to your own private driveway which can hold 1 average sized vehicles or 1 large truck as well as ample street parking right out front mere steps from the front door. Quiet hours are after 10 p.m. Please have all guests remove their shoes at the door upon entering the home. No parties or events are allowed. No unauthorized guests are permitted to stay overnight on our property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed indoors. We allow smoking outside only, and only when all house windows and doors are closed. Clean up all cigarette butts, etc. when you are done. PET POLICY: We allow a maximum of two dogs under 30lbs. Please advise us if you will be bringing your pets. Owners must clean up after their pet's waste. All pets must be kept off of the beds, chairs, and sofa. Any costs incurred by the owners for additional cleaning due to smoking indoors or damages/ messes left by pets will be taken out of your deposit.
