Our beautiful home sleeps 6-7 and includes a master suite with a king size bed 40" smart TV a large walk-in closet and a master bath with dbl sinks and a walk-in shower. Separate guest suite on the other side of the living area has a pocket door to separate bdrm #2 that is soothingly decorated with a Queen size bed bdrm #3 that is bright and furnished with twin beds and a guest bath. There is a pull out sofa bed for one in the living room. Your stay includes all linens bath and pool towels hair dryers and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with a front load washer /dryer on pedestals for your convenience a two car garage with remote a screened in lanai furnished with comfortable cushioned chairs and footstools a love seat and patio table for four a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in your private yard with privacy walls in back and on one side. Outdoor patio has patio chairs and a gas grill. The living room has beautiful leather furniture including a dbl recliner sofa a recliner rocker and a 60" smart TV that has a full cable package. Bring your laptop and your other devices because high speed internet/wifi are also included. You are 1 1/2 blocks from your Virginia Trace pool and a little longer walk or a couple of minutes golf cart ride to the Canal Street Village Recreation Center where you can enjoy tennis pickle ball horseshoe pits boccie ball shuffleboard courts billiard rooms and meeting rooms for clubs and activities and a family pool where you can swim with your grand kids. You have access to all neighborhood village and regional recreation centers and all executive golf courses where your golfing is included with your $50 Temporary resident ID card and golfing at the 12 championship golf courses for an additional fee.
